Description
This Fair Trade coffee with a loyal following presents distinctly floral and fruit notes. It is grown and processed at the Dhadhato Cooperative whose main focus is to provide a sustainable living for coffee farmers in the area. Yirgacheffe cherries are usually hand picked and sun dried which results in a complex, bright cup followed by the mellow fruit finish Yirgacheffes are known for.
